Itinerary

Monday: [day 1] |
Leaving Quito in the direction of the Cotopaxi province, visit of the Cotopaxi National Park, promenade and picnic. Stay over night in the hotel "Cuello de Luna" in Lasso. |

Tuesday: [day 2] |
Leaving Lasso in the direction of the Quilotoa lagoon and descend to the lagoon. Stay over night in the Quilotoa Lodge. |

Wednesday: [day 3] |
Very early after breakfast we go for a ride (on horses or bicycles) around the Quilotoa lagoon and we admire the most beautiful landscapes of the Ecuadorian "Sierra". Stay over night in a hotel in Latacunga. |

Thursday: [day4] |
Very early visit of the the Indian market of Saquisili and after lunch we continue our journey in the direction of the city of Riobamba. Stay over night in a hotel in Riobamba. |

Friday: [day 5] |
Very early we take the train from Riobamba to Alausí (very famous and special train ride through a overwhelming landscape) and later we visit "la nariz del diablo" ("the nose of the devil").
In the afternoon we travel back to Quito. |
